Tuition

Tuition is broken into 9 payments Sept.–May. Monthly tuition is due NO later than the 5th of each month, any payments after will be charged a late fee of $20. *$20 fee for returned checks

Tuition can be mailed to 1618 S 12th Ave E in Newton. inMotion accepts checks, cash, cash app, Venmo or debit/credit cards.

 

*A 3.6% fee will be added onto debit/credit card total **Please note-when sending payments via Venmo/CashApp—please include dancer’s first and last name and month payment is being applied to.

 

Volunteering

All families are required to volunteer for 1 thing at inMotion between September and May. For example: Recital helper 1.5 hour shifts. Sign up

sheets will be at registration. If you choose not to help a non volunteer fee of $45 will be added onto your account. Volunteering is an essential part of

making inMotion Center run smoothly.

 

All Studio Fundraising

inMotion offers a Fall and Spring Fundraiser withRed Wheel. Earn $5.00 per item to use towards costumes, lessons, merchandise, camp, recital

fee. No refunds given and the money needs to be used in the current season.

 

2024 Recital Tickets

Each family unit will receive 2 free tickets to use at any recital. Additional tickets can be purchased for $7.00 each in advance, $9 at the door.

 

Snack Accounts

Set up a prepaid account for your child so you don't have to remember to send change! Prepay on your Childs snack account so there is always money available to get snacks, sweet treats, and water.

Snow Days

inMotion follows the Newton school system. If school is canceled all classes at inMotion are canceled. All classes are allowed 1 snow day without a makeup class.

Dress Code

Proper attire must be worn to all classes. For example, Leotard, tank top, booty shorts, tights, skirt or leggings. If you dress like a dancer, you will feel like a dancer, move like a dancer, and become a dancer. This goes for all classes including tumbling, and cheerleading.

● The correct shoes must be worn in class by the 2nd

week of lessons.

● Ballet - pink ballet shoes, no strings.

● Tap - Ages 3-5: basic tan tap shoe; Ages 6-8: Mary

Jane tan tap shoe; Ages 9 & up any style of tan tie

● Jazz- tan slip-on jazz shoe

● Hip Hop– black low top converse

● Tumbling - barefoot

● Lyrical/Modern - barefoot, foot undies or turners.

● Cheerleading - white cheer shoes
